The 100MD is one of the finest medium duty sliding door systems made. Ideal for residential / commercial applications where quality, trouble-free operation and long life is a necessity. The heavy gauge 6063T6 precision extruded aluminum track with convex rails is made to the most precise specification, with guaranteed jump proof smooth rolling tricycle ball bearing hangers. 14 – 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts.

100 BOX TRACK
Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded for smooth operation. Box design means that doors will never jump track. Convex track rails reduce roller friction. Features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and scratches, or to hold paint if desired.

1125 TRICYCLE HANGERS
Tricycle design ensures even weight distribution for smooth operation. Ball bearing wheel hangers cannot fall off the track yet can be easily disengaged from the door if necessary. Single-point contact with machine turned and balanced nylon wheels. Hangers are height adjustable for settling changes.

STRONG DOOR GUIDE
Steel reinforced 1705 bottom guide slots into 1050 extruded aluminum bottom guide track to effectively hold doors in place without binding insuring smooth door operation.

TESTED QUALITY
All Johnson hardware is rigidly tested to meet ANSI standards.
