The Johnson Hardware 138F Heavy-Duty ByPass Closet Door Hardware Kits feature Precision extruded commercial grade .052 6063T6 aluminum track features Johnson's line-design fascia to hide finger marks and scratches or to hold paint if desired. Patented "tricycle" hangers with 1" [25mm] dia. wheels ride smoothly and quietly on convex shaped rails with single point contact. Hangers feature a quick disconnect clip system facilitating easy mounting or dismounting of door panels. Hangers are adjustable for height in case of settling. 1" [25mm] high adjustable floor guide. 14 – 16 gauge zinc dichromate plated steel parts.

BALANCED WHEEL HANGER
Tricycle hanger design gives even weight distribution on track rails and will not bind. Machine turned and balanced wheels offer low roll resistance, feather touch operation. Hangers are height adjustable for precision door alignment. Detachable hanger plate allows easy door installation or removal. Standard 1120 hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 125 lbs. [57 kg.] each and optional 1125 heavy-duty ball bearing hangers are tested for doors weighing up to 200 lbs. [91 kg.] each.

ALUMINUM FASCIA TRACK
Strong aluminum track is precision extruded with incorporated line designed fascia to hide gap at top of doors and hold paint if desired. Convex rail design provides single point hanger wheel contact for low roll resistance, and dust traps on both sides of rails allow hangers to operate freely when dust builds up.

ADJUSTABLE DOOR GUIDES
Pivoting nylon guide posts always stay parallel to the door preventing door binding and guides are adjustable for slight door thickness variations.
