Similar to the 100FD Series except uses compact 111 track, and designed for lighter weight doors. Surface mounted pivots and hangers, no hole drilling required. Positive pivot locks securely hold door panels in place and are fully adjustable. Hangers feature a quick disconnect clip system facilitating easy mounting or dismounting of door panels and are height adjustable in case of settling. Shock absorbing hinges self locate and automatically align doors. Heavy (14 "€“ 16 gauge) zinc dichromate plated steel parts. Track can be cut down to fit any smaller size opening.

TRICYCLE HANGERS
Heavy walled aluminum track is precision extruded to provide smooth operation with Johnson's tricycle hanger. Box track design means that the hanger cannot fall of the rails yet can be easily disengaged from the door panel if necessary. Convex track rails provide low friction 1-point hanger wheel contact and trap accumulated dust out of the way of the wheels. Hangers are permanently lubricated and are height adjustable for settling changes.

SELF LOCATING HINGES
The patented Johnson shock absorbing panel hinge allow for smooth non-binding opening and closing. Self locating hinge fingers automatically space door panels.

ADJUSTABLE JAMB BRACKET
Allows for complete alignment of doors with jamb. Bottom door pivot snaps in or out for easy installation or removal. Door weight is held by top pivot so no binding or friction problems.
